Graduating Senior Art Show opens March 26 at Concordia-Chicago
The Ferguson Art Gallery at Concordia University Chicago presents the Graduating Senior Art Show, a free, public exhibition, from March 26 to May 5. Graduating art majors in the areas of studio art, graphic arts, pre-art therapy and art education will exhibit a wide variety of two- and three-dimensional artwork.
More than 60 works of art will be highlighted by participating students Dakota Alonzo, Samantha Arreguin, Gabriela Choto, R.T. Falimirski, Danielle Fortunato, Jennil Libo-on, Savannah Marshall, Anthony Murphy, Maddie McDonald, Justin Timm and Cheryl Vargas.
Come meet these budding stars and get inspired by their creativity and passion at the artists’ reception on Saturday, April 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the gallery. All are invited to attend.
The Ferguson Art Gallery is located in Kretzmann Hall at Concordia University Chicago, 7400 Augusta St., River Forest, IL. The gallery is directed by BettyAnn Mocek, professor of art at CUC and prominent Chicago artist, educator and arts advocate.
