Professor Lusthoff teaches Business Law, Advanced Business Law, Law, Policy and Not-for-Profit Organizations and Sports Law courses at Concordia University Chicago’s College of Business.

Recently, from August 2013 to February 2014, Professor Lusthoff was Interim Dean of the College of Business.

In 2011, Professor Lusthoff was admitted to the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. As a licensed attorney at law, he is also admitted to the Illinois and Florida bars.

The November 2011 issue of Chicago Magazine named Professor Lusthoff a five-star professional in estate planning.

Professor Lusthoff has been a member of Concordia’s faculty since 1982. He also serves as an advisory to the College of Business Ethics Summit. In addition to teaching, he has served two separate terms on the Concordia University Foundation Board of Directors, which has included serving as chairman, president, treasurer and investment committee membership.
