Registration Deadline Extended: Careers for Christ Fall 2025

High school students interested in exploring LCMS church work professions are invited to attend Concordia University Chicago’s Careers for Christ Weekend—a free, three-day event designed for those considering a life of purpose and service to God and His people.
The weekend begins with check-in at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, and concludes Monday afternoon, October 13. You'll take part in hands-on sessions, meet future classmates and professors and discover how CUC prepares students to serve in church work vocations.
There’s no cost to attend. Meals, housing, activities and a Careers for Christ T-shirt are all included.
What You'll Experience:
- Learn about CUC’s pre-professional church work programs.
- Meet and get to know church work program faculty and current students.
- Enjoy a group outing in the scenic and safe Oak Park/River Forest area.
- Tour CUC’s beautiful 40-acre campus.
Important Note for Families:
After Saturday’s welcome reception, all weekend activities are designed specifically for students. Parents and adult leaders are encouraged to return for Monday’s visit day, which includes programming just for them.
New Registration Deadline: Monday, Oct. 7
Make sure to complete your registration by this new deadline to secure your spot! After completing the online registration, you will receive an email with a link to fill out the permission slip. Once completed, the form will be automatically submitted to our Office of Undergraduate Admission at Concordia University Chicago.
