Q. How do I order a transcript?
A. We require something in writing with your official signature in order to release your academic record. It can be faxed, sent through the mail or you can request it in person. Order your transcript today.
Q. How much does a transcript cost?
A. For regular processing there is no charge. For 24-hour processing (your records will leave our office within 24-hour of being received) we require a $15 payment. For other processing options read more on the transcript page.
Q. How long will it take to get a transcript?

Q. Do you have any classes or programs for people over 60 years old?
A. Yes, learn more about the University's 60+ Program.
Q. How do I obtain my teacher certification?
A. One you have completed a program leading to certification it is necessary to apply for your certification through Concordia. The application can be done completely online through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) website. The Assistant Registrar handles the confirmation of your education. Q. Why haven't I received my report card?
A. Concordia no longer sends grade reports. All grades are now available through Concordia Connect. Once in Concordia Connect, click on the My Info tab, and your grades will be listed there.
