2016 Title II Report Card

Title II of the Higher Education Act, approved by the U.S. Congress in 1998 and amended in 2008, requires institutions with teacher preparation programs to publish descriptive program information and initial certification licensure examination pass rates on a yearly basis. The purpose of this federal requirement is to provide the public with information about the training, philosophy, and quality of teacher preparation programs of institutions of higher education.
