Giving To Concordia

Concordia Auxiliary

In 1934, 139 women organized the Concordia Teachers College Women’s Auxiliary, to provide service and financial support to further the institution’s mission. During more than 75 years of service, the Auxiliary has contributed to the spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical well being of Concordia and our students through support of scholarships, campus projects, new facilities and student programs.

Today, the Concordia University Auxiliary provides annual scholarship support to University students through:

  • Cake, Cookies & Cupcakes project, which offers friends and family members the opportunity to remember students on their birthday, or on special occasions throughout the year. Click on your choice to download an order form.

  • We Care project, which enables parents to send a care package full of goodies to students in February.

  • Bakeless Bake Sale project, which gives parents the opportunity to send a donation that represents the price of a pie/cake or just a slice.

  • The Auxiliary plays an active role on campus through other activities throughout the year.

Through their service, the Auxiliary has impacted the lives of more than 25,000 students and alumni on campus through the years and looks forward to continuing this impact.

If you would like to be a part of that legacy, we invite you to join them by becoming an Active Member or an Associate Member.  To learn more about the Auxiliary, contact Debbie Hoover in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, at (708) 209-3155, or 866-448-3867.
