Cougar Spotlight: Kayla Konow '15

Kayla Konow '15 had a historic day at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals on November 16. With a 22:59 time, Kayla earned all-region honors, a first for Cougar Women's Cross Country and the second in school history. Kayla's outstanding performance was the first women's sub-23 time for 6K, beating her own school record by 12 seconds. Celebrate Christmas at Lessons & Carols in Person or Online

The annual Service of Lessons and Carols is a time honored Christmas tradition at Concordia University Chicago.  Held in the Chapel of our Lord, the service alternates readings with musical performances by the Kapelle, Chamber Orchestra and Handbell Choir. Alumni are invited to experience the service in person on Saturday, December 7 at 7 p.m. or Sunday, December 8 at 4 or 7 p.m. For those unable to attend the service, a live stream of the Sunday 7 p.m. service will be available online. Watch Live >>

Investigate New Masters Programs at Open House this Thursday

Concordia's College of Graduate and Innovative Programs has launched a variety of master's programs including gerontology, grant writing, instructional design and technology, leadership and teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL). Join the Wind Symphony at Historic Carnegie Hall in March

The Wind Symphony, Concordia's premier touring ensemble, has been invited to perform live at historic Carnegie Hall in New York City on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 as part of the New York Wind Band Festival. Registration is now open for runners and walkers to join the 2014 CUChicago Marathon Team. In its second year, Marathon Team Members can commit to complete the Bank of America Chicago Marathon (Sunday, October 12, 2014) OR a half or full marathon of their choosing (Sept. 1 - Oct. 31).
