Thomas Cullinan
Academic Advisor
Tommy joined the Office of Undergraduate Academic Advising in the spring of 2012. He comes to us from Gulfport, Mississippi. Prior to joining us here at Concordia, Tommy worked as a Residence Hall Director at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Before that, he served as the Coordinator for Fraternity Housing & Programming at The University of Southern Mississippi, where he also earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Counseling & Personnel Services.
Tommy is excited about making the most of his experience at Concordia. He is looking forward to immersing himself in the campus community and asserting his role as a resource and an advocate for his students. Tommy plans to focus on offering his students support as a mentor and an ally not only in their academic endeavors, but also in navigating their personal and professional goals.
Outside of his work, Tommy plays a few different instruments and spends time outdoors jogging, cycling, and camping. He also loves to cook; he makes bread, pasta, and ice cream all at home in his own kitchen.
