Spiritual Life
Concordia is a University "centered in the gospel of Jesus Christ" (see our mission statement). This means that the good news of who Jesus is and what he has done remains the foundation, center and source of all we do.
The University's theme-passage is taken from John 8:31-32: "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (NIV). Every student is encouraged in their lives of discipleship during their time with us; there are many opportunities to learn, grow and serve the truth of the gospel on campus.
