Established in 2003, the Community Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding leaders
from Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Maywood and surrounding communities who have contributed significantly to community leadership, education and humanitarianism.
The program also raises funds to provide need-based scholarships for students from the Near West suburbs attending Concordia University Chicago.
We recognize and thank the individuals and organizations who generously support of our community and local students through this program.
