Dr. Moehlenkamp teaches general and organic chemistry and entry-level chemistry courses for non-science majors. She encourages students to use critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.
Kinetics and the mechanisms of organic reactions are among her research interests. Dr. Moehlenkamp is also interested in energy issues that society deals with daily and how the scientific community is addressing these issues. Dr. Moehlenkamp has been a member of Concordia’s faculty since 1985.
