Anthony Przeklasa, PhD
Professor of Educational Leadership
College of Graduate and Innovative Programs
Dr. Przeklasa teaches The Superintendency, Human Resources and Collective Bargaining, Educational Finance and School Law in Concordia University Chicago’s College of Graduate and Innovative Programs. His work focuses on school district leadership, governance, public policy, educational finance, school law, human relationships in the school and community and social justice.
Dr. Przeklasa writes and conducts presentations on social intelligence and school leadership, student access to health care, school law for teachers, school board self evaluation, school and community engagement and school district reorganization. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the Behavioral, Psychosocial and Cancer Disparities Research Grant Committee for the American Cancer Society and is a volunteer for ACS.
Previously, Dr. Przeklasa served as a superintendent of schools in five school districts. He has been a member of Concordia’s faculty since 2004.
