CYM-Team Request Form
Thanks for contacting us regarding a visit from one of our Concordia Youth Ministry teams. We're looking forward to working with your congregation in the spread of the Gospel through lock-ins, concerts, servant events and retreats with youth. Please fill out the following on-line request form as thoroughly as possible, and we'll get in touch with you within two weeks concerning a visit from one of our teams. Team Availability:
It is very important that you request a team no less than 6 weeks before an event. Teams are scheduled based on student availability and cannot be scheduled during summer months and student breaks. Student schedules are often difficult to coordinate, so we can not guarantee you will get the date you request. The sooner we receive your request, the easier it will be to fix a date.
We ask for your help in deferring the cost of having a team travel to your congregation. We ask for a $50 donation, plus $0.50 per mile, per vehicle (1 or 2 vehicles depending on team size)
