Information for Overnight Guests

Check-in procedures
for Admission Guests:

Check in at the Office of Undergraduate Admission from 8am-4:30pm.  After 4:30pm, guests should receive their check-in packet at the KCC front desk.

Prospective students will stay with current students who are assigned to them by the visit coordinator. The visit coordinator will also ask guests for an emergency contact number.

Meals will be provided to prospective students for the duration of their admission visit.

Important Vehicle Information

When staying on campus, you must notify security with your vehicle’s information.  If registered with guest housing, you will be asked to provide this information at check-in.  For guest registered with guest housing, the KCC staff will issue a parking permit for the duration of your stay.

Vehicles must be parked on the 3rd floor or above of the parking garage overnight.

For Assistance

Guests can dial x3090 for any problems or concerns during the day, and "0" at night for anything they might need or for a jump-start, escort, or lock-out.

In Case of Emergency

In case of emergency, guests should use on-campus phones to dial 911 instead of cell phones to shorten emergency response time.
